Jeff Johannigman, President, People Type Consulting

Jeff Johannigman’s first computer game was published on cassette tape in 1982 for a 16K Atari personal computer. Over the next 13 years, he designed, programmed, and project managed over 25 published games for such companies as Atari, Electronic Arts, Origin Systems, and MicroProse. In 1996, he left the game industry and began training for The University of Texas, DBM, and his own company, People Type Consulting.

Mark Oehlert, Innovation Evangelist and Gaming Specialist, Defense Acquisition University

Mark Oehlert is a recognized expert, author and speaker in the fields of innovation, emerging technology and game-based learning. He has worked in the e-Learning field for 10 years, bringing his unique insight as a trained historian and anthropologist to a range of challenges from performance support to mobile computing and learning strategy development. Mark served as a Learning Strategy Architect at the global consulting firm of Booz Allen Hamilton, working with a range of clients in formulating enterprise-wide learning and technology strategies. He also supported the Advanced Distributed Learning initiative for many years as the Deputy Director for Communications where he acted as the leadership team's primary e-Learning research coordinator.

Clark Quinn, Executive Director, Quinnovation

Clark N. Quinn has led the design of award-winning online learning solutions. In the commercial world, Clark has held executive management positions at Open Net, Access Australia CMC, and Knowledge Universe Interactive Studio. Working since 2001 through Quinnovation, he integrates creativity, cognitive science, technology, and business strategy to deliver engaging and effective solutions to learning, knowledge, and performance needs. An internationally recognized scholar with a Ph.D. from UCSD, he has held positions at San Diego State University, the Learning Research & Development Center at the University of Pittsburgh, and the University of New South Wales.
